YOGA

This YOGA class is for all ages and all levels. MEN & WOMEN. The class is led by Dublin-based professionally qualified yoga instructor, Lisa Quish who has ten years experience, EYT 200hr & 500hr, diploma yoga therapy & Certificate in yoga for sport. Lisa says her mission is to inspire her students to live joyful and meaningful lives

We hold two classes per week as detailed below. A class contribution of €5.00 per class applies.

Monday -  11 am - 12 pm - Sea Scouts Den, Bath Avenue

Monday - 6:30 pm - 8 pm - RICC centre, Ringsend

Tai-Chi & Tea

This Tai-Chi & Tea class is for all ages and all levels. MEN & WOMEN, The class is led by Dublin-based Master, Yang Dong, qualified instructor, Yangs philosophy is based on Respect, Self-discipline, Social Commitment & that great virtue can carry all things. After each class, Yang treats his students to his amazing genuine, refreshing Chinese teas

Body Blast

This Body Blast class is for all ages and all levels. MEN & WOMEN. A fully qualified instructor instructs the class, The class is a full body group workout which brings together body weight, hand weights, balance, athletic and plyometric training exercises to deliver all over body conditioning. The classes are designed to increase core stability, muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance. Plus its fun, energetic & lively
